Hi, I have purchased PS4 version of the game but not all DLC with it.

Based on what announcement mentioned, I’m suppose to get 50% off with the new PS5 version upon purchasing, however, it still shows original price on PS store (HK area store /Asia store) of 398 HongKong dollar.
Does something went wrong or 50% off perk just available to North American player??? Been waiting this game for long time. Looking forward to hear back from you.
