Fluid Nature (FN) v Nerphine Monger (NM) for the 'sin.  NM tooltip says 20% max dodge and that is addative so takes me from 16% to 36%, Great.

FN tooltip says +20 Dodge during movement -10 when stopping fpor 3 seconds. The problem there is Dodge on my character sheet is a % measurement so why does the FN tooltip say +20 and not +20%.

I now have no idea what it actually adds as it shows 16% again on the tooltip and I can't check when in a map. Does anyone have any idea?
