I think your points about sounds & weapon animations is well taken. I feel like a lot of the missing feeling you are talking about will come to life with the content yet to be added. 

Are people really still complaining about Inquisitors using money ? I really just don't get that. One need only read the Eisenhorn & Ravenor books to see that the use of money is very much within the lore.
