With 9 ebony void shards in my inventory the option to start the ebony void crusade is greyed out and I'm unable to start the crusade. The launching screen shows 9/5 ebony shards.

Ivory shards are working correctly.

I can"t start the Ebony Void crusade using my controller either...But if i turn off the controller option on the main menu and use the keypad and mouse it starts up just fine. Then after I start it I just reenable the controller.

@MARCOPOLOCS‍ just confirmed this is an issue with using a gamepad. I tried @DRAKKONX‍ suggestion to turn off the controller and sure enough the ebony void crusade option was available using mouse and keyboard.

The issue got corrected on our end, the patch coming out this week will address the problem!
