Playing on Xbox

The last three times I crafted Artificer items I had an issue. 

1. I chose item and hit A to select

2. Then hit X to fill basic slots

3. Finally, hit Y to Craft

My resources were reduced by the correct amount. However, the item does not display in the queue. The 1st and 3rd attempt resulted in no item created. The second attempt did result in the desired item being crafted. At no time did it appear in the queue, but it popped up when the timer completed.

There is no issue when crafting rare items.
