Coop crashing
Warhammer 40K Bug ReportHi! Ever since the recent expansion dropped for martyr on console I've been encountering a serious issue, every time i try to play coop with my friends on ps4 the game will crash us all to the title screen. The newest patch has not seemed to fix this issue. Id be very grateful if this bug could be looked into, havent been able to play coop in a few weeks because of this.

Even better news: we will run today a script on our backend which will correct all the currently broken Ancient items.
Thank you so much for the reply! First off id like to state that I have been playing the psyker class and after doing some testing I believe I have nailed down the source of the crash. Im almost certain its being caused by an ancient relic pyrokinetic staff i had equipped on that class. Ive managed to recreate this bug every time by having this weapon equipped, ive since played every other class and have tried different combinations of ancient relic weapons in my psyker specifically, and the game will only crash with this staff equipped.
A crash issue related to the Tech-Adept class in coop got fixed with the latest patch.
Could you tell if there is any connection between the crashes you experience? What class are you playing with?
Could you please do the following: when getting into a mission in a party and the game crashes please send the report to us with the following note: crash coop
This way we can more easily track down the issue. Thanks in advance. This month there will be a new patch prepared for PS4 so we most likely will be able to remove the issue from the game.
i have no any problem with multiplayer after patch on PS4.
check your outfit for items with incorrect enchantments. also try change outfit to regular (green, violet item), then launch multiplayer.
or may be someone have incorrect outfit in your group.
