Confirm item lvl>90 on PS4

I'm sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I can't find an answer via search.

I play on PS4 and consistently play at level 108 with my level 100 Crusader. My understanding was that from current level +7 you had a 3.5% chance per level that an item would be >lvl 90 (thus on a level 108 mission each item has a 7% chance of being >lvl90)

I have yet to see an item over level 90. Am I doing it wrong, or are level 90+ items only on PC?

Level 90 items are available in any device, you try to plow a little more and you will be able to find them. blockpost

This is an ongoing issue on PS4, the console team is aware of it and will likely to fix the problem with the next bigger update for PS4.
