CO - OP Misery BUG: No XP, no Loot

Dear Neocore,

I like your game. I invested over 1.100 hours in the game and even if there are things I would maybe have different, I can support all your decisions.

But seriously, what happend to multiplayer?

- still missiong Loot after the mission, while the mission rewards are received. Sometimes, the loot come 1 or 2 mission later. But more often its just gone.

- Missing xp. And that is really annoying. The xp during the mission, including mission reward xp, just gets deleted. And its not coming back. Ever. I lost 60k xp in the last 2 missions, and that is not cool. Grinding your character up to 100 is already enough strain.


Please fix that asap, as multiplayer is a huge part of the game.


P.S. I am not starting again about my lost skill points, or broken Psalm Code Doctrines, but really Co-op is priority uno.

We are working on this case and the fixes will get implemented with the upcoming patch. We would like to ask your patience until it is out.

Thanks for taking the time to provide information around this issue, that has the community obviously very troubled. 

Is there an ETA for a fix concerning the co-op bugs? Can we expect the problems to be resolved in a day, a week, a month?

We may release it this week but first massive testing is needed to make sure nothing goes wrong with the new patch.

Did the 7/4 patch resolve this issue? 


Yesterday my group had the following mission results in order:

Joan dArc: 

3 side missions no loot/XP

1 main mission no loot/XP


Indiscriminatus:

3 side missions no loot/XP

1 side mission with loot/XP

1 main mission no loot/XP


Ganeus Valorum:

1 side mission with loot/XP

1 main mission no loot/XP


Gen. Trepidus (me):

1 side mission with loot/XP

1 main mission no loot/XP


We quit after the main mission together. This was not the first occurence of this issue and frankly we are tired of guessing if we are going to get loot/XP or not so we are not playing until the issue is resolved.

We are still investigating these issues, any account names or details are still more than welcome. Thanks for the patience - this is one of our top prio issues right now.
