Clues are reset when switching characters

I got one Main "Sniper" level 80, that is done with all story missions for a long time, and another "Stealth Swords" Assassin level 35 that is still in story missions. But when I switched back to "80", it displayed all the "New Clues" on the left.

However, I don't know if this is 100% or only each time I got a "New Clue" with another character.

I am having this happen, too. It happened both ways, from high to low, and low to high. Only when low to high, it's so much more annoying and noticeable, because more clues.

Thanks for the reply, actually I'm sure I got it in the opposite case: after some progress with a lower level character (during which I found new clues) I switched to a high level one (that has already finished both campaigns) and encountered the issue. I'll check the occurrence of the other case as soon as possible.

How regularly do you run into the problem? We ran numerous tests based on player feedback but we could not reproduce it. It happens when you switch from a higher level character to a lower one?
