same issue here. 

Stuck with questline "van wynters lore". After talking with Ragna quest does not continue, green exclamation mark is permanent and no shop access possible. Thought this problem will be somehow vanish with weekly reset. But still stuck.

Please fix via script as offered by Megapull. Right now disappointment begins to kick in after a fantastic start with the game.

The game, before the patch, and even after the patch on characters made before the patch... It actually shows two versions of some scenarios /missions.

On top of this, I found myself, completing missions twice in a row, before moving onto the next mission. 

I had to do the baneblade mission and the knight walker, twice, along with the mission you meet up with Draken. 

After the patch, and on chacters created post patch, this bug isnt persistant.

Really annoying not to be able to play as we could !

The problem seems to affect any characters made BEFORE the latedt patch, as the double missions are not appearing now. 

Still really shit having no official response from NC staff, and having to start over took me a few days to regain lost progress. 

I hope this is their only stab at 40k games, because the customer service is atrocious and makes me want to avoid the company entirely. 

I have the same problem as everybody here (green exclamation mark over Ragna's head and stuck).

I contacted devs through instant chat feature.

I was asked my PSN ID and my character name, i had hope that it will help resolving the pb, but it was 3 days ago and the only answer i got is that a script or an update will solve it.

When i read this post, i realized that some players are stuck for 2 weeks now !

So when are we going to be able to play the game we bought ?

And I thought, OK i will play online, waiting that the issue will be solved, BUT i must say the online matching in multiplayers is like pre-alpha feature ! I can play only 1/4 tries and the 3 not working attemps result either with a blue screen or back waiting for another match !!

Come on, do something !

I think it will be the last game I buy when it is released. We are not beta testers, we bought the game full price and we can't play as we are supposed to be. I've been playing video game for 30 years now, AND YES it was better before, at least we had finished bug free games when we bought them !

I just got this issue myself after redoing Draken quest line. Cannot access shop or interact with Ragna now. After restarting game it just gives me the story que for the Unholy Cathedral then stops responding again. (Ragna)

PS4. Mission “Uther’s Grave” is broken for me: i can’t talk to Ragna. 

This problem has persisted for two weeks. Previously indicated in this forum. After installing the patch I still can not continue the main mission "Uther's grave". impossible to talk to Ragna. (press x and not sensitive). Please solve this problem. Thanks

I’ve had a similar bug, but it started with a campaign mission bug. Somehow the game had a second iteration of a campaign mission I had already completed (the one where you get to drive a Baneblade) still marked on the map. I have already completed all of the chapters of Martyr and Chaos Undivided, so I completed the bugged mission thinking perhaps it was locking out further progression. The bugged story missions kept going until the end of the chapter. Then, after the cutscene where you hear from the conclave after shooting Draven in the face, and talking to the Rogue Trader, the captain has a “!” Symbol over her head, I cannot talk to her, or access the store menu. Really need a fix on this, because besides not being able to sell anything, if there is more story content available I don’t think I can access it.
