Can't access Van Wynter due to a glitch with double missions around Inquisitor Draken

I've tried veryfying files, restarting game and PC, nothing worked. I can access random missions just fine, but I can't do anything with Van Wynter.
It's stuck in a loop about the aftermath of Inquisitor Draken and then there's just an exclamation mark above her head and I can't interact in any way.
Please, help.

As stated in title, I logged in after 2.0 went live on pc and had double missions around the time where you confront Draken and a few missions before that in the storyline, which means it would show the progressed missions but also a trail of the same missions. I did them both, trying to clear them out, which resulted in the current bug.

I really hope you can help because I really want to progress and I like the game so far.

Edit: 2.1, not 2.0.
