Bugged players in Cabal - Removed but still show up and take space

I am the Grandmaster of my Cabal and have a number of these players from early on in time playing who keep showing up in the Cabal list even though I deleted them ages ago. Instead of a normal rank they have "cabal.ranks.rank5"

The option to promote/remove etc is simply not present (blank). I have no means of deleting them.

Still seeing this every time I log in and it's a problem for our Cabal numbers.
