I cant interact with the second pillar in this quest. I have restarted the mission multiple times and changed the sequence in which i attempt to interact with said pillars, but no matter what when i go to activate the second one I cant interact with it. Anyone know a work around or fix?

I fixed this by reinstalling the game. In case anyone else runs into similar issue
