Ancient Relic psyker belt with consume class resource can't be unlocked even when using armor with an ability on it and not a power.

Oh since I saw this drop i had a few others I was seeing what they did and somehow I got contribution towards the consume class resource I just don't know what it was that counted for it and it seemed VERY slow to progress sometimes multiple missions with no progress.
