There is a mission given by Ragna on the Command Bridge which you have to first complete in order to unlock the sector and start the Season 2 story. Please check on your unfinished quests.

As you stated in another post of yours you could complete the Awakenings and Retribution story missions. This means you could eventually unlock the Agartha Subsector right?

This game is now so frustrating because I've mentioned a few times I have collected all the clues from Awakenings and Retribution missions in the tide of blood, all the DLC's are completed, I'm level 80 with all the top power rated equipment yet still I can't advance beyond tide of blood and no one seems interested in looking into it. If anyone asks me about buying it I will say no plus I'll give it bad reviews
