A way to sort inventory? + remove helmet on Crusader

Is there any way to sort inventory after best stats? i can't seem to find a way to do it (PS4) Also, I can't remove the helmet on the Crusader assault class (the one who has a helmet on as a default) I've tried the toggle helmet option etc.Thanks in advance!
