I looked high and low for that armor to use on my assassin only to find out it doesnt work. surprise state is 5sec with or without it. which is really sad I had high hopes for it so I spent some good amount of machine god spark to obtain it. good investment :P

Which armour are you using? I'm asking because the Fabricatus Distortion Armour's skill also activate a Surprise state not just the Hololithic Armour.
