An Intel mission with Meme Virus and Arch Enemy tarot card gives 15794 XP

now i select my maxed out Murder tarot card with +150% XP bonus and i only get 24130XP instead of 39485 XP.

so my +150%XP bonus tarot card only gives about +53% XP bonus :(

We tested the Murder card and it seems to be working fine.

Kindly note that any additional XP boost affect only the base XP value, it is not cumulative.
