Windows Taskbar bug

When I run the game the Windows Taskbar is constantly showing.  Has anyone else seen this bug or know how to fix it?

I've tried it in window mode (borderless) and full screen, that was in full screen.

Are you playing in window mode? if not, press alt+tab and click on the window?
