Where is patch notes?

Is there a area where all the patch notes are or what is being worked on?  Anything to let us know what is going on?

The usualy release patch notes on steam (for PC) or at Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/40kinquisitor

I hope, that for console they will release them here or at least on reddit, when some update will be available (which is not so far)

We also post the patch notes here. The patch coming for console soon will be posted here as well. Currently it contains several fixes as well as a couple of changes.
