You are right. I had the team check on the function which is missing in the PS version. They will try to implement it into the next-in-line PS patch which should get released within the next 4 weeks at most. 


Please check on the feature's place after you see that the patch is out.

I'm sorry, but are you talking about the playstation version? on playstation: Options/Video there is a slider for Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, Saturation as well as Visual quality and Frame blending

You can disable the warp heat effects under the Video settings > Warp Heat Effects. There are no other options which are available in the settings and affect the effects.
