I don't know if this is a common problem or not but I noticed that no matter what I have on my equipment my health regen and my health per hit is always zero. I have checked my equipment and I indeed have health then and health per hit on different pieces yet I'm not benefiting from it, I even have passive that give health then under 50% health and even then I have absolutely no health then.
