Two friends and I completed a void crusade and after the mission ended our inventories were emptied when we returned to our ship, their account names being Silent_Grace and Stepsin, is there any way for us to get that stuff? We had just completed a mastered hardcore void crusade Violet

Sadly we are unaware of any workaround which can help. Players reported a 60% chance that the bug occurs at their end which is quite high so risking the loss of all your loots would be detrimental to the fun Inquisitor is supposed to bring.

Thank you for your quick response and for the compensation, given that this is a known issue, is there anyway we can mitigate the chances of this happening for us beyond just doing these missions solo?

All 3 of you got compensated for the loss you suffered in Void Crusades. Some items can be found in your main seasonal characters' inventories.

The issue will get fixed indirectly as we are currently building a new backend for the game and we expect these issues to vanish after the migration. This will take months though so we would like to ask your patience until then.
