Unslotted shards and they are not in my inventory

I unslotted 6 Fulgurite Shard 5's from a psyker staff and when I went to throw them in my stash they were not in my inventory.

Character name: Skellyg. this was on the regular servers not seasonal. around 09.30CST

Woulld like to have them refunded to me

Completely quitting out of the game and relaunching it caused them to reappear
