I bought a red inoculator with 10% chance to miss when shocked. I went to re-roll it, and the chance to miss % changed each time. Should not happen.
Later, I re-rolled my current relic inoculator. Got 60% knockback feared, and a few seconds later, I noticed that it had reverted to the old enchant.
Logged out, logged in, came back.
Just FYI. This is pretty bad stuff...I can imagine someone really getting angry if the items were really important to the player.
