So I was playing the other day and all of the sudden I noticed my cooldown reduction wasn't being applied. My cooldown for Arcane healing went from 15.2 seconds to 20.6s. Same for all my other tricks with significant increases, but I don't remember the exact numbers. My Phantasmal Aide went from about 24ish seconds to 30.9s

My character sheet says 21% CD reduction, I'm not sure what it said before this bug happened. I have Inventive -5% CD and Focused -10% CD as well as CD Mastery -5%. Also using Quick Response Aura 3/5 which is 13% CD reduction of tricks.

I did a test where I refunded points in Sluggish Time and reapplied Timestrain Recovery (CD of ST reduced by 10s) and it only reduced ST cooldown to 34.4s from 41.2s which is only a 6.8s reduction, far from the 10s I was getting before this bug hit me.

I also have Windwalker and since this bug started it does seem like I'm running slower now.

Has anyone experienced this or know any fixes? I'm on PS4 and there is no Perk reset option. I love the game but this is really frustrating to the point where I barely play anymore. My character is basically broken now on Heroic. I just keep dying with these long CDs.
