Questions about the effect of the both Tarrots at Supreme Missions End Loot Chests.

I have a question about the end loot chests in the void crusade supreme missions and i hope i get a clear official statement because something is unclear for me.

In the compendium is written:

The bravest of Inquisitors can apply Tarot Cards to these missions, further increasing the rewards gained from individual missions (Tarot Cards do not modify the stacking loot bonus on the Void Crusade map)

For my understanding this mean that the tarrot cards have no influence on the bonus percent of a void crusade map.

But if i use tarrot cards like:

The Arch Enemy

Sets mission difficulty level to 90 + Card Level * 2.At every item drop chance, there is a 6% + Card Level * 3% chance to drop an item with the same chances. Effect only applies to mid-mission loot.

or

Momentum

At every item drop chance, there is a Card Level * 6% chance to drop an item with the same chances. Effect only applies to mid-mission loot.

on the supreme mission have this then an effect on the end loot chests ? 

Because this chests are opened in the mission ( mid-mission) and not a part of a endloot after the mission is leaved.  

So if Momentum or The Arch Enemy is used as Tarrot at a Supreme Mission in Void Crusades is then the effect applied on the End Loot Chests in the end ?
