10:22 CST, Steam version. While using the right analog stick to switch back and forth between Psalm Codes and Forging, I generated a Neuralis Psalm Code that did not appear in my inventory. It just took all the required PCs and credits, but did not deposit the Neuralis anywhere--inventory or in storage. Playing a Psyker.
