I unlocked every node from "tech tree", cant complete quest, did i miss something?

Hi friend, after unlocking that feature, you need to use it to complete the quest.

You need to actually reroll the content of an enchant.

If that doesn't work, then it could be a bug, but I haven't heard of similar issues
