I'm stuck on one of the Tier 1 goals - Faith in the Omnissiah. I researched Reforging Protocol in the Tech Tree and changed the value of an attribute in an item, but I didn't get the check mark. What is specifically meant by "enhancing" an item in this case? Do you actually need to change an enchantment?

Click the enhance tab in the modify section, either of the two options you see there should do it.
Set this current order state as My default.
