- Resource for understanding skill trees and their impact on character.
I've recently jumped on board and I'm having a blast -figuratively and literally as I've settled on being a Psyker. As I'm advancing I receive skill points to help augment my toon, but I have no clue what the skills do or how to activate/use them. The specific example I'm having troubles with were under the "Psychic Debuffs" tree and I've picked up Hinder Movement and Temporal stasis.
Unlocks the Hinder movement (Slow) pyschic Mastery.
What does that mean and where do I go to turn it on or if it's a passive skill what is it doing for me?
I guess what I'm really looking for is a resource that explains the various skills and why I would pick one over another. Thanks,

Those to are Psychic Debuffs and Psychic Combat. Those 2 Skill Trees are just available for the Psyker.
All Skills inside the Tree except the big one on the middle are "runes" with those you can "alternate" or buff the Psyker Psychic Powers in certain ways.
When you go to the Psychic Powers Shrine in your HUB (where you choose which Psyker skill you wanna take with you)
In that menu you can click on any Spell and choose 1-3 runes (1st is directly unlocked, 2nd is unlocked with lvl 10 and the 3rd one is unlocked with lvl 20).
Those will modify the respective skill
