reset quest?

Im hoping some one here will know. I need to reset "the romany curse" quest I've found it in the .cfg but there are a lot of entries and I dont really know what to change alternatively is it possible to spawn King Borislav's Scepter as thats why I need to reset the quest

(who knew, completing A1 means the gypsies leave and you fail their quest).
