just check your morality score. you refer to 2nd tier puritan skills which should not be accessible bfr 250 morality score. i think is a visual bug already reported it.

So are you saying that it lets us put skill points into the tree, even though the morality score is not high enough?  That's more than a visual bug if that's the case.
