Psalm Doctrine Bug

Hello. I've recently been trying out this revamped doctrine: 

Aegis Psalm + Hypergheist Psalm + Shroud Psalm + Nova Psalm
Gain 50% of your max HP as a Regenerating Energy Shield, 2% Shield HP regeneration, +100% Maximum Shield Cap

It seems to me that the effects are bugged. Below I have some videos that might help to show what's going on.


In this video, you can see that something is wrong with the regeneration portion of the doctrine:

  • My shield only allows regeneration up to 1946, but with 2 active doctrines it should be capable of regenerating up to 100% of my max hp (8573)
  • Due to the low regeneration cap, the 2% energy shield / sec buff isn't triggering either

In this video, you can see something is wrong with the increased shield cap portion of the doctrine:

  • On my weapon set WITHOUT the doctrines active, my shield cap is 1946
  • When I swap to my weapon set WITH 2 instances of the doctrine, it should, at the very least, increase by 200%. However, it remains unchanged
    • It should be 5838

It is worth noting that it appears that the 2% regeneration / sec portion of the doctrine seems to be working, but due to the bug with how little of the shield is allowed to regenerate, it isn't allowed to trigger in all it's glory:

  • In the current state of the game with 2 active doctrines, I'm only allowed to regenerate 4% of 1946 per active doctrine, or 77.84 energy shield / sec.
    • Note that the regeneration is only active when my shield falls below 1946
  • As written, with 2 active doctrines I should be able to regenerate 4% of 8573 per second, or 342.92 energy shield /sec.
