PS5 player cannot purchase the prohecy dlc

One player is playing Inquisitor on PS5 (with a PS4 CD)

He finds he cannot access the prohecy dlc (it says content not found) and thus cannot purchase it.

(He could purchase the Sororitas DLC though)

Please help him out! If further information is needed, please tell me.
