Post-Season Maintanance

I've just tried to enter the game with my second character. On the positive side, I've got a slew of reward messages and an additional Extrasanguine Inoculator(not that the thing is that useful now). On the negative - my stash contents are mangled and most psalm-codes and archeo-shards are missing.

May I have my characters recovered in a pristine way?

The lack of response is... unsettling. I wonder, if it's not a particular situation, but a widespread character transfer fault.

You do know there are and that you do have one regular Stash, and then one Seasonal Stash, right?!

Correct and, according to the reset description(if I'm not mistaken), the Seasonal Stash contents were supposed to be transferred to the regular Stash.

I've performed a login with an active character, the week bonus gets reset, there's a load of System Influence rewards which I wasn't supposed to get a second time, I get an extra(and, as of now, useless) new Inoculator, which I can't get rid of,  and the stash looks like a bank safe after a heist.

Now I'm wary of the other characters status and progression.

YOU yourself need to fix up in ALL your Inventory Stash from Seasonal Character(s) into all the regular Inventory Stash. It is not doing it on itself.

Yes, it is a lot of work and does take some time. And there is certainly not enough stash tabs available, and we need more. GL.

Point taken. The following items are still valid:

"the week bonus gets reset, there's a load of System Influence rewards which I wasn't supposed to get a second time, I get an extra(and, as of now, useless) new Inoculator, which I can't get rid of"

Until I(hopefully) get some kind of response from the support, I refrain from ingame activity, so as not to complicate any prospective analysis.
