So I'm wondering if I'm understanding it wrong, or there is an issue with the perk, but for example I can do roughly 450 damage with a normal swing without the perk and with it do the same. I would expect to see the damage increase by rough 225 points with 60% deflect rating for around 675 damage and go up from there based on other perks and passives when using it. I've tested this a few times in a campaign mission to ensure I get the same mobs at the same time with the same resistances, but again, don't see the change with or without the perk.
