Perk reset option do not shows on Romany prince

Well, I have no option to reset perks in dialogue box with romany. Only skill and ability reset options are presented.
Is there a solution for me ?

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the caused inconvenience. Currently you can not reset your perks but we will give you the opportunity to do so in the upcoming update.
