Hello, it seems this is a common occurrence on this thread but when i attempted to complete chapter 2 Omicron Arkh is not available. Platform PS 4 account Aconrad1077 character chickenstriper. Thank you.

Please check on Omicron Arkh he should be back on the Command Bridge now!
