Offline Mode deleted my character

Good evening

I wanted to go back to leveling in offline mode, I reconnect and my character was completely deleted without understanding how it happened.

I certainly did not delete my character by my choice so if possible can you tell me a way to recover it?

It's frustrating not to be able to reuse it again after so much work maybe because of a bug

Hey! I'm sorry to hear about this mishap! Have you checked in the graveyard? (Main menu -> character creation screen -> bottom right corner of that screen)

Thanks for the reply! I checked but there is nothing, it's like I entered offline mode for the first time but I lost 2 characters at lv 20/49 like that....in the void...without understanding how it happened or where!! could have happened

Did you happen to change your (the name of your) Documents folder by any chance? Or the location of your save file? Are you using a new antivirus possibly?
