NPC Captain of the Guard

Hello, at the beginning of the game there is a quest to find a Village. I see the Captain of the Guard with a yellow sign, but I can't talk to him. The NPC does not respond and is not pressed.

-reinstalling the game did not help

-creating a new character doesn't help
