Not working on Xbox one

Martyr is not working on Xbox one right now. Says it can not connect to servers and to try again later. Any reason why?? I have been playing all day and took a 2 hour break to go shopping and now I can’t play.

Same here... The whole process ended on me at the end of a level as I was beaming back to the ship... Sucks because I nabbed a few relics, some Intel, I don't remember what the red tier equipment stuff is, but I got one of those and I got two level ups on that mission...


I'm trying to get back into the game after putting it down for almost a year... I never even beat the base game but I'm currently working on it. Just as I was in the midst of excitement and joy of playing this game... The server craps out and I'm hoping I didn't lose all my stuff...

Please fix this Neocore-Peoples!!

I have this game still day one, and played it on a regular basis since I got it. It’s the first time i experienced a crash while playing martyr. The expansion just got out, it could explain the crash. Prophecy is really good by the way :)

I just got this game last week on sale and am having a blast but this just took the wind out of my sails. I was debating on buying the new expansion to this or the expansion to Dovision 2. Of this is how the servers are not sure about spending money on the expansion... still a really fun game though! They just need to communicate with the community better. Like post something on twitter about the issue

Hopefully the devs are actually checking this forum and let us know what the issue is and that they fix it pretty soon.

It really is an awesome game, you can tell that they put a tremendous amount of effort into every aspect of it.

However, my biggest issue with the current situation for us Xbox players...  The lack of any updates, comments or posts about the issue or it being fixed... I mean, Neocore has a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account. But I haven't seen a single word said by them about this. It would just be nice for them to be like, 

"Hey Xbox-Peoples! We're currently experiencing server issues, but we're working as fast as we can to fix this and get you back to playing and enjoying the game!!"

I get that servers have problems and they're probably very busy people with the new DLC out. But it's their lack of interest in the community that is bothering me. I sincerely hope that makes sense,  I'm not trying to sound like a jerk here. I'm sorry if I do though.

I was able to log in again!!

No, it isn't fixed.

As of 6/10/20, it still gives a server error when trying to log in from a console.

Also, the PC version never lets me link my Neocore account with the same error.

Please re-check the game when you have some time. Shortly after your post we corrected the problem and logging in was once again possible. Let me know if you still have any issue.

No you’re absolutely right, but I feel like they are a small team trying his very best. But same as you, I’d love a bit more communication from them just to know they are working on it. I posted this earlier because I feared people could be mislead on thinking that the game is poor or the servers would crash a lot, which is not the case :)

Sorry for the trouble, as we checked  there was a small issue on our backend but it was corrected by our backend provider shortly after the problem emerged.
There should be no problems with the connection from now on.

Logging problems happening again, doing the same thing again. Cant logging, try two different account and they both say the same thing. Please help
