                    why can't anyone access the game through NEOCORE account ?
guys , found the answer and me helped! here's what to do:
Try this...
1. choose " forgot your password ? "
2. get an email from neocoregames
3. Choose reset password
4. Reset password (may have to fill some of your information in your account)
5. run the game
6. log in ...
Done ..... ENJOY the GAME !!!!

                                I read a solution in another blog that worked for me.
You have to change your email if it is not gmail, in my case, I was using hotmail, I changed the email from the neocore site, I followed some steps and when I tried to log in from the game, it worked!!!
It sounds stupid I know, but works
Set this current order state as My default.
