Channeled skills don't count as AoE skills.

Ok, I won't waste points on that then. Thanks for the clarification!

Looking at the image, I realize that I should probably lessen the crit chance a bit by removing some points from the crit tree...could invest them elsewhere.

The reason being that the +40% crit (from the eye implant) cannot go past 50% (or is it 60%?) crit. It's a weird calculation that I found out about around the time I bought this item.

Actually, I'm not sure what's going on with the crit anymore.

I got rid of two +crit passive points, and I got Concussive Trauma (in order to better deal with tough, single enemies), but now i have 87% crit at full enrage stacks.

Before I had 92 or 94%, and when I think about it...30% + 40% = 70%, so I'm not sure where the other 17% (or 22/24% before the changes) is coming from...

I'm losing my mind...forgot that I have Digital Weapons (+30% crit)...lol

So 30% + 40% + 30% = 87%...

Before, cause I had 7% extra crit, I reached 87+7=94%, which is right.

This means that this extra 7% crit was being added on TOP of everything, bypassing the weird +40%/normal crit cap issue.

Neocore, for the love of God, please add all of this information in your game so we can tell what's going on!

Does the Channeled skill for the grav-gun count as Area Effect then? I've been trying to figure this out for my crusader.

I don't know. Since Gravity Implosion is "Area Effect" and Gravity Surge is not, I'd guess the answer is no.

Marco would need to clarify.
