Multiplayer Psyker has no Spells

Joining Multiplayer games with my Friends (Tarot, Normal and Priority Missions) as a Psyker and i lose all my Psycic Powers for the mission, I am unable to use any abilities other than my basic AA on my Force Weapon.

This is extremely annoying as it means i am incapable of doing anything in the Mission.
