Assuming I have a total melee damage bonus of 30, given the Perk gives 30% to my constructs, will they get 9%? Maybe this should be a bit tweaked to be more viable.

I will discuss this with the designers but as this perk is sub-class specific, I cannot promise any changes will be made as it would greatly unbalance the starting point.
