MEME consumable gone

I lost my MEME consumable after I exit the game using shortcut (alt+F4) when I return and planing on using it, it was gone from my storage. Been farming for almost an hour to buy the MEME consumable.

mate if that works thanks heaps...it was alot of purple consumables that i lost

Just login the game. My MEME consumable just returned and now I got a duplication bug. I got a new armor, after I equipped it to my character and check my storage again, I saw the same armor in the same place with the same stats.

yeah this has happened to me as well...not bloody happy

Also had 4 Purple consumables vanish from storage 3 mind wipes and the Tarot booster.
