Still can’t access the Charybdis outpost assignment I spent money on almost two months ago, was told by NeocoreGames admin it would be fixed, it is not, please fix or give me my money back

The charbdis outpost dlc still isn’t available and it won’t let me access the two new ones and I own the season pass and am PR 900 . Psn gamer tag is Mudd_Button

yesterday we made changes on our backend. Please get back to us after checking if the DLC is already visible. If not, please add your Gamertag/PSN to your comment.
