LOST ITEM BUG...AGAIN

Got the lost equipment bug. I had a nice 14 attack bolt gun and a 10 attack plasma cannon. This happened after a i switched sectors and let the game idle for about 10 mins before i chose a large hunt mission in the tenebra sub sector.
