In void crusade, thru the whole crusade, the global modifier affects drops both from monsters and chests. (At least by my observations, can't confirm this)

Does my equipped gear with + Item Quantity affect Loot chest rewards?

FYI: From an old dev response I found that Quality only affects item sockets and roll values, Item quantity affects the actual drop chance for items and their rarities.
